Job Summary

This role will be responsible for the day to day management and analysis for a portfolio of complex customers, Owns the National Accounts AR disputes process and manages multi account/ERP reconciliations. This role is expected to creatively resolve disputes through relationship building with clients, in depth analysis of accounts and ensuring data integrity.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for every aspect of the specialized portfolio for the customer and Rentokil's benefit.

  • Manage resolution process for National AR disputes that prevent payment application

  • Manage the reconciliation process for intercompany billing

  • Establish productive, professional and consultative relationships with key personnel throughout assigned client organizations (at both the franchise and corporate level).

  • Pro-actively assess, clarify, validate customer needs and add value to customers' programs on an ongoing basis.

  • Work closely with department and/or business leaders to achieve RNA financial targets

  • Must display critical thinking skills, including the ability to assess numbers, trends, and data in order to reach new conclusions based on the findings.

  • Perform Account/Payment and Invoicing to Portal reconciliations

  • Owns documenting precise information on status of collection efforts through gathered data,Responsible for analyzing large amounts of billing data results and provide ongoing reports.

  • Suggest new methods of data capture, analysis and reporting to provide continuous improvement and value to clients served.

  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

CANDIDATE SUMMARY
Required Experience

  • Has a proficiency with spreadsheet applications, including advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables)

  • Working knowledge of computerized systems

  • Can creativity, ingenuity and flexibility to adapt to each business account's situation in an unscripted call

  • Will take initiative and meet deadlines

  • Can analyze client data for specific insights that will enable the client to make better collection decisions

  • Will demonstrate data analysis skill and to apply this to credit analysis

  • Will perform independently as a self-starter in high pressure and dynamic situations with skill and tact and still be part of a working team

  • Has knowledge of credit/collections principles

  • Has decision making skills

  • Is assertive and timely follow up skills

  • Successfully meet pre-employment background screen

Formal Education, Qualifications or Training

  • Bachelor's degree in Field related to finance, accounting, accounts receivable - required OR equivalent experience in required field
