It is your responsibility to ensure that construction work complies with the contract, approved plans, and specifications. You will assist in making decisions on the best course of action for the construction project, including interpreting and enforcing all relevant permits, plans, standards, publications, and manuals. Some decisions may require approval from a supervisor or coworker, such as authorizing additional work or work outside PENNDOT's right of way.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment
• Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
• Vendor controlled schedule
• Some travel required
  
• Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, adoc during the winter season. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Allentown.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

• This particular position also requires a valid Class C driver's license which is not under suspension.
