The Pennsylvania State Police is looking for a Human Resource Analyst 2 (General) to serve as the Workplace Safety Coordinator which includes managing the Commercial Driver's License (CDL) program and the State Employees Assistance Program (SEAP) for the Department. This Human Resource Analyst 2 (General) position is located in the Employee Relations and Workforce Support Division. You would primarily be responsible for administering the Department's workplace Accident and Illness Prevention Program (AIPP) in accordance with State and Federal laws. In this role, you will develop and implement police and procedures, coordinate the administration of the safety management program, and develop and maintain the Department workplace safety manual. You will have the opportunity to serve as the Department Safety Committee chairperson, ensuring emergency action plans are in place for all Department wide work locations. Work includes administering the Department's workplace safety inspection program, analyzing injury/incident report data, and administering the Department's Hazardous Substance Awareness Program. Serving as the SEAP Coordinator will be included in your duties.
