Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager to join our security business unit.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plans and schedules installation and subcontracting activities on large and/or complex systems, or service installed jobs
- Assists in implementing and maintaining quality assurance program to continuously improve customer satisfaction
- Monitors job status and controls job costs
- Job closure process
- Training and development of team members
- Supervises team members and plays role in hiring process of new talent
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5 years of project management experience in the physical and electronic security industries
- Valid license and clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with analog/digital multi-meter
- Two to four years of technical school (preferably in Electronics Training or equivalent Military training)
- Has a strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals, relay logic, and operations
- Good subcontracting skills required
- An understanding of job financial reports, and the ability to control costs in the handling of large projects
Other Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry maximum of 50lbs (occasionally)
