U.S. Facilities, Inc., a consolidated facility management service, is seeking a Recruiter for its Center City Philadelphia corporate office. The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for building the candidate pipeline to meet the hiring objectives of our clients. This will be achieved by various means including networking, data mining, traditional sourcing strategies, developing new, creative recruiting ideas, and partnering with hiring managers and other members of the Talent Acquisition team to identify sources for candidates. The Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are attracting and hiring the best possible talent for U.S. Facilities, Inc.

The successful applicant must be local to Center City so that they can report into the office on as needed basis and have the ability to work from home remotely.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Carry out full life-cycle recruiting including cold calling, prescreening candidates, reviewing resumes, assessing applications, and initiating first-round interviews.
  • Perform sourcing and screening for approved requisitions.
  • Recruit for a variety of roles at all levels within the U.S.
  • Participate in job fairs across U.S. virtually and in person.
  • Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Dayforce ATS.
  • Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.
  • Demonstrate expertise with all social media, marketing, recruiting tools, technologies, sites, etc.
  • Build relationships with all prospective candidates producing programs including schools, programs, internships, etc.
  • Responsible for all posting/marketing to social network/recruiting sites, TMP, and Job Boards
  • Screens, Phone Screens, Text Recruits, Video interviews to uncover qualified interested candidates.
  • Pipeline candidates for future opportunities.
  • Use behavioral-based interview techniques to prescreen, evaluate, and recommend candidates for selection.
  • The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess the drive to meet large hiring targets.
  • Identify and assess a diverse candidate pool; manage candidates through the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, while holding a heavy requisition load
  • Guides candidates through the hiring process, keeping all parties informed at all stages of the process by initiating clear and timely communication.
  • Manage the job requisition process (open and close hiring requisitions) and monitor for compliance.

May be required to perform additional or different duties from those set forth above to address business needs and change business practices.

  • HS Diploma required, associate degree preferred or Certification Program.
  • 2-3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience and proficiency with various web-based software applications and applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience with Dayforce ATS software preferred.
  • Spanish speaking required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in which requirements constantly change.
  • Proven success in an accountability-based culture.
  • Proficient Excel and data entry experience
  • Excellent written & verbal communication and organization skills
  • Must possess strong customer service and communication skills to deal with all levels of employees.
  • Individuals must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  • Must be flexible, adaptable, and dependable.
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, Recruiter, or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and evaluation
  • Experience interviewing candidates and organizing skills assessment centers.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation
