We are seeking a Residential Counselor to join our team at our Tulpehocken - Philadelphia, Pa location. The posting is for Full-Time, Double Shift, Saturday - Sunday 8:00am - 12:00am.

Earn up to $17.30/hr.!

Position Details

The Residential Counselor will provide direction and assistance to consumers residing in the Community Residential Rehab (CRR) programs.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Assist with nutrition, housekeeping, budgeting, hygiene, self-care, home safety, social interaction, exercise, health management, and vocational.
• Transport residents to appointments and outings.
• Implement appropriate parts of each resident's goal plan as instructed by the treatment team or supervisor.
• Report the resident's progress to the appropriate clinician.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• 1 year of Adult Behavior Health experience preferred in a group home or residential setting.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
