Plant Accountant

Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Plant Accountant for our Jeannette, PA team. You will be tasked with managing the financial needs and reporting for the facility. This will include close procedures, asset analysis, and other accounting duties relevant to the Jeannette operation.

This detail oriented, high energy individual will be responsible for all accounting processes for plant operations.

This position reports to the Accounting Manager. This role is onsite/hybrid and is based in Jeannette, PA. The pay range for this position is$55,000-$70,000.

Essential responsibilities:

• Review & manage standard costing model on a continual basis, including variance analysis.
• Manage Oracle manufacturing module accounting.
• Monthly/Quarterly/Annual closing procedures.
• Analyze and provide accounting support for raw material, finished goods and offsite (consignment) inventories.
• Fixed asset accounting (CIP & placed in service) for both plants.
• Assist with Fixed Asset planning and forecasting.
• Intercompany revenue accounting with other TEI branches.
• Perform other duties as needed and assigned.

Basic Requirements:

• Firm grasp on GAAP accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail and deadline oriented
• Highly organized
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Proficient Microsoft Word and Outlook skills
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
• 3-5 years of accounting or related experience.
