Job Description
Almac Group is currently seeking a Service Desk Administrative Assistant for our Souderton, PA location. The Service Desk Administrative Assistant will handle the logistics and operations of the hardware/software fulfilment process and projects within the service desk US sites.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Procurement Responsibilities
  • General Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
  • Perform simple user account setup and maintenance tasks in compliance with established standard operating procedures.
  • Coordinate materials and activities with internal and external Customers, create word and other electronic software documents, input data into spreadsheets and databases, process document requests, and provide assistance on a variety of operational, administrative, and other issues to help improve existing procedures and processes.
Qualifications:
Required Experience / Education:
  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Required
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in providing administrative assistance or operational support in a corporate setting
  • MS office proficiency
  • Data entry
Preferred Experience / Education:
  • AA/AS degree
  • Supporting role in a technical corporate environment
