As one of the first and largest providers of outsourced investment management services, SEI's Outsourced CIO (OCIO) platform supports institutional investors who delegate investment management decisions through a flexible implementation model. As of Dec 31, 2023, SEI's Institutional business serves more than 530 clients, who utilize our integrated solutions worldwide.

Join our Institutional team at SEI, where we're seeking a dynamic leader in the Not-for-profit Advisory space, specializing in Higher Education institutions. At SEI, we believe in outcomes beyond mere investment returns; our clients' goals are our touchstone for success. As a market leader, you'll spearhead our thought leadership and advisory efforts, forging strong connections with both new and existing clients.

What you will do:

  • Lead the ongoing development and delivery of SEI's comprehensive solutions for Higher Education clients within our broader Not-for-Profit market team.

  • Educate clients and prospects on SEI's innovative strategies and solutions, including the use of alternative investment strategies.

  • Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers, Service Directors, and Investment teams internally to nurture robust and effective client relationships.

  • Contribute to the evolution of our client service function by generating ideas and implementing new approaches and processes where needed.

  • Identify emerging needs within the Higher Education sector and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored client solutions and strategies.

  • Support the sales process by converting new business opportunities into valued clients, participating in proposals and consultant meetings as required.

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or in a related field.

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience within or advising higher education institutions on portfolio management strategy.

  • Proven ability to support high-level strategic initiatives, retention efforts, and growth initiatives.

  • Exceptional client relationship management skills.

  • Strong project management skills with a track record of managing multiple agendas effectively.
