What You'll Do
The Operations Transformation Associate will support priority projects through deliverables and change management efforts. The Operations Transformation Associate will work with specialist(s) on completing deliverables, collaborating with operations SMEs, technology, the project management team and with other stakeholders where appropriate to drive process and technological enhancements. The ideal candidate will be organized, able to prioritize meeting deadlines, communicate clearly to a diverse set of stakeholders, a team-player and self-starter preferably with a strong background in operational processes, technology, and project management.
Position requires a hybrid work model with three days in-office per week.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Support all implementations of projects, deliverables, and changes within the operations department alongside the team of others.
  • Aid in creation of project plans for operation-led projects using project management principles.
  • Work with Operations subject matter experts (SMEs) to establish business requirements for assigned projects.
  • Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders on building test plans and execute testing on all necessary projects and in partnership with others on the team.
  • Document all processes, procedures, and materials to help establish best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Communicate with manager, leaders and any relevant stakeholders project status updates, achievements, and challenges.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for operations-related implementations including technological improvements and process enhancements, highlighting and escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Partner with the project management team on projects related to operations, providing assistance, insight and oversight as needed.
  • Ensure effective handover of the project to the operational teams and monitor mechanisms post implementation.
  • Assist in creation, coordination and analysis of operational metrics
  • Foster a strong working relationship when partnering with the other teams across the organization as well as key business stakeholders.

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferred concentration in Business, Operations, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of project management.
  • The ability to work both self-directed and in collaboration with others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Adept at multi-tasking and work prioritization.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Experience working with Salesforce and Stellar.
  • Maintain the highest level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
