Quala-Die, Inc. is now recruiting for a detail-oriented Programming Lead-Off candidate to produce accurate and high-quality parts by using systems to create CNC programs for Machining Centers, Turning Centers, Jig Grinders, Wire EDM's, and various other CNC machines...

Responsibilities

* Develop CNC Programs and work instructions for machining operations.

* Supervise and train fellow employee owners in programming operations.

* Maintain and/or Develop related Post-Processors for CNC equipment.

* Maintain and/or Develop related Tool Libraries within the NX and Mastercam systems.

* Establish and maintain program development schedules and workflow management.

* Reduce production failures and improve yields.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in Programming systems, Post-building and Tool Libraries including 3 & 4 axis and live tooling

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and related models

Ability to read and interpret tolerances and GD&T on working prints.

Knowledgeable in post process development.

Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.

Must have good organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and ability to prioritize.

Strong attendance and work ethic.

Must be willing to learn and teach new skills.
