We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to support our our pharmacyoperations.

Responsibilities:

  • Create/ Manage/ Drive strategically aligned marketing support for the operations and sales teams - the Manager, Marketing will support and improve the offering for on-going enhancements of existing products including new offerings, value-added services, external CEU and educational offerings to meet customer's needs in a competitive market;
  • Manage external agencies and free-lance vendors to achieve objectives and goals;
  • Develop and implement annual Marketing plan and budget for all services and related to product plans in the Pharmacy Services portfolio, including key tactics to drive and grow sales;
  • Develop and implement annual Strategic Marketing plan for all services and related products for JDR pharmacy service portfolio;
  • Develops, communicates and coordinates new product launch plans and strategy to the Sales & Marketing team to achieve or exceed share and net sales goals;
  • Oversee the development of the Pharmacy Services marketing plan and budget; Plan marketing budget for the new fiscal year;
  • Oversee the commercialization of all existing and new service offerings in target market;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, Key Accounts, GPOs and IDNs in Nuclear Medicine, Radiology as well as other referring physician segments;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners (e.g. TELIX, CURIUM, etc.) to advance the JDR position in the nuclear medicine space achieving growth;
  • Define the marketing levers and develop ensuing programs to drive pharmacy service adoption including educational and CEU certifications and offerings;
  • Ensure that all training materials, user manuals and related marketing materials are in place to ensure alignment within JDR and JDI, proper product & service introduction with compliant and appropriate promotion;
  • Coordinates with appropriate Jubilant Radiopharmaceuticals marketing resources to support innovative marketing programs to meet marketing and service promotions goals;
  • Develop advertising, sales promotions and marketing materials and other collateral as needed;
  • Gathers, analyzes and reports on market data, competitive information, product performance, government / regulatory, formulary regulations issues to influence decision-making process;
  • Work with the Vice President of Commercial Operations to plan, build and grow the company's marketing capabilities;
  • Manage vendor and agency relationships
  • Coordinate preparation and maintain slide decks for the monthly business reviews with Jubilant CEO and Board of Directors;
  • Work closely with supply chain and operations to accurately track and meet demand for customer contracts;
  • Develop all sales forecasts and marketing expense budgets (including financial forecasts) to ensure accurate business planning;
  • Define the requirements for the future marketing team;
  • Support both the sales/commercial and pharmacy operations teams across JDR, as needed;
  • Participates in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicates issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintains specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines;
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years marketing experience and/or marketing product management experience in radiopharmaceuticals/pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences related industries.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite preferred;

  • Experience in nuclear medicine desirable;
  • Develop an understanding of and expertise in nuclear medicine market dynamics;
  • Strong organizational skills along with effective time management skills;
  • Entrepreneurial, creative mind-set;
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently;
  • Strong detail orientation and multi-task skills;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to efficiently work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to navigate through different competing priorities, while maintaining a positive attitude.

  • Must be able to successfully pass company's background check and pre-employment drug test
  • Ability to operate a vehicle and maintain a valid driver's license;
