In this role, you will enjoy:

  • Providing clinical services through assessment and treatment of employees and maintenance of clinical medical records.

  • Assessing requirements, leading inventory control, ordering, storage and handling of vaccines (travel and seasonal influenza). This includes medication and equipment (AEDs and oxygen tanks) for the onsite occupational clinic and HQ.

  • Leading the International Travel Program for North America, acting as the global authority for travel, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will work autonomously and be knowledgeable of the complexities of international travel disease information databases. You will relay critical information to prevent and treat travel related illnesses.

  • Assisting with coordination of First Aid team and CPR instruction.

  • Providing clinical and medical care for employees with emergency illnesses and work-related injuries, Fit for Duty and Return to Work procedures, medical evaluations and record review, and supporting our drug and alcohol policies.

  • Supporting and promoting wellness initiatives globally including our Influenza Prevention Campaign.

Minimum requirements and qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

  • Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in nursing

  • Ability to provide international travelers and assignees with the appropriate advice, immunizations and care prior to, during and after international travel and international assignments (preferred, but not required). Our team will offer resources and on-the-job training in travel medicine.

  • Strong nursing communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with others; to provide high quality occupational health services and expertise and to work closely with the business.
