Overview

This position will be responsible for ensuring the planning, coordination, delivery and oversight of various projects & programs within Judge Consulting Group.

Responsibilities
    Lead a team of seasoned program and client delivery professionals supporting JCG & client accounts.
  • Ensure the delivery team decisions and plans for staffing, development, organization, quality, and efficiency, are in line with the account's strategic plan and vision.
  • Establish, communicate, and implement operations-related policies, practices, standards, and measures to ensure effective and consistent support and delivery execution.
  • Work with senior executive leadership to review and approve cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for projects.
  • Present during Program Management Reviews (PMRs) at various levels within the organization.
  • Work with growth team to identify/qualify new clients and opportunities.
  • Consistently provide accurate revenue forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Proactively and regularly initiate client-facing efforts, and effectively understand client needs.
  • Maintain collaborative atmosphere by sharing input and ideas received from delivery teams and customers.
  • Coordinate and support face-to-face customer meetings with senior management and C-Level Executives.
  • Meet with clients and potential prospects on a regular basis to build and nurture the relationship.
  • Assist in preparing for and facilitating meetings and deliver presentations to clients.
  • Possess the ability to translate client needs into strong positioning and messaging.

Build and sustain trusted advisor relationships with senior client executives.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of demonstrable, successful experience leading delivery of projects within a PMO.
  • Possess experience with supporting a large delivery organization within a consulting organization.
  • Comfortable in all aspects of the client delivery cycle.
  • Strong established relationships.
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision.
  • Have experience shaping a variety of opportunities including a relevant mix of program types, complexities, products, technologies, and customers.
  • Travel will be required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams throughout the organization.

Must be able to pass a background check.
