A successful applicant will have the following: Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in human services or experience as an inpatient unit clerk or in a medical clinic, or office management, or both. People and problem-solving skills to assist and support clients with severe and persistent mental illnesses and their families. Strong commitment to the right and ability of each person with a severe and persistent mental illness to live in normal community residences, work in market jobs, and have access to helpful, adequate, competent, and continuous supports and services. Solid organizational skill and ability to make contacts and establish relationships to get information necessary for the program to function within the larger system. Simplified bidding, contracting, accounting procedures and medical records management required. Accurate typing 40 wpm, data-entry and computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office required. At least 2 years supervisory experience helpful. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must have a valid driver's license. Very good communication skills. Very good analytical skills. Ability to work independently; detail oriented. Knowledge of Excel and Quicken preferred. Some knowledge of general accounting practices.
Scope: Required sitting for long periods of time. Light lifting and/or carrying, not to exceed 25 lbs. Frequent talking and listening. Good manual dexterity and fine motor skills. Required to disburse funds
