Overview

The Installed Systems Analyst is responsible for explaining and assisting associates on the Installed Sales Computer

System. This position also analyzes store's monthly and yearly sales targets, assists in any troubleshooting or problems that may be solved to make store profitable, and assists in monthly incentive calculations with the payroll dept. to ensure that all installed sales associates get paid in a timely and error free manor. Installed Systems Analysts must also conduct training classes in various fields and markets to ensure that all store associates (Managers, Area Managers, Salesmen, Installed Managers, and Regional Installer Managers) have a basic knowledge of the installed sales system and its functions.


Responsibilities

Monthly Installed Sales Quotas

Analyze store specific problems and come up with resolutions

Trouble shooting and explaining scenarios with phone conversations

Analyze store P&L's to see where we can save money on a monthly/yearly basis

Audit stores GP% Breakdown reports to make sure that all classifications and invoicing procedures are followed correctly

Provide store personnel with the insurance information and/or guidelines/restrictions for their sub-contractors

Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business reports, technical procedures and /or government regulations; write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals; effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

The minimum requirements for this position are a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or at least 2 years of specific experience and/or training related to the essential functions of the job; or equivalent combination of education and training.
