You're a proactive problem-solver and have the ability to make customers feel like your friend.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing inbound customer support in a call center environment. Duties include but are not limited to answering numerous inbound phone lines, email communication, outbound follow-up calls, and system documentation.

You will:

  • Answer the phone professionally and expeditiously
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Transfer customer complaints accurately
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Maintain excellent notes in appropriate systems
  • Route calls to the appropriate resource

Essential Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of previous call center experience
  • Experience in high-pressure and fast-paced environments required
  • Ability to work remotely hardwired into local home internet

Desired Requirements:

  • Associate's or BA/BS degree
  • Excellent and persuasive communication skills, both oral and written
  • Powerful customer focus; effective listener
  • Recent pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience- e.g. Medical Assistant, Nurse's Aide, EMT, health insurance company etc. is highly preferred
