SAP - Senior FICO Analyst

The SAP Business Process Engineer for Controlling will be responsible for configuration, defining business processes, user support, production issues, system testing, training and documentation across the entire suite of SAP Systems S/4 HANA Finance. These SAP Systems are focused primarily on the Operations, Finance, Controlling and General Accounting areas with an emphasis on financial reporting and planning. Additionally this person will be working with various developers, report writers and system analysts to assist in a variety of projects and general support tasks

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for SAP configuration within assigned functional area
  • Responsible for immediate SAP support and production issues
  • Responsible for documentation of existing and new SAP Applications
  • Perform testing of S4 and related financial systems including security
  • Work with user community/business process owners to understand and help document new requirements
  • Ability to work with a diverse and integrated team consisting of application developers, technical business users and business analysts
  • Assist in all aspects of Project Management and willing to take on small projects independently
  • Adherence to IT/SAP project methodologies, and change control processes
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems/Accounting Systems or equivalent experience is required
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on relevant SAP System Support experience is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills are required
  • In-Depth Knowledge of the SAP ECC FI/CO is essential
  • GL, Cost, and Treasury experience is preferred
  • Experience with SAP Simple Finance (S/4 HANA Finance) is preferred
  • Working Knowledge of SAP BPC/EPM is preferred
  • Fast learner, ability to pick up technology and concepts quickly
