We are currently seeking a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist to join our Behavioral Health division, in Delaware County.

Earn $19.38 per hour

• Work as part of a team providing individual and group psych rehab services to members of the program.
• Teach skills and assist members to reach their goals.
• Facilitate groups.
• Complete all documentation following established time frames, individual recovery plans, assessments, and crisis/safety plans, as well as other documentation for assigned caseload.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed to individuals in service.
• Follow daily schedule for groups, coordination of the day, sign-in, community meeting and lunch.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and individual supervision 2 times per month.
• Attend at least 18 hours of psych rehab training yearly as required by state regulations.
• Attend any Merakey assigned trainings. Plan, schedule and facilitate small group trips into the community to work on goals of the individuals in service.

Qualified candidate will meet the following:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 years' work experience in psych rehab
• CPRP certification shall be attained within 2 years from the date of hire as a psychiatric rehabilitation specialist.
• A CPRP certification preferred.
