What You'll Do

The Marketing Operations Associate is responsible for supporting the Marketing team with a variety of tasks, including email marketing, webinar management, landing page development, form development, reporting, and event support. The ideal candidate will have experience with email marketing software, marketing automation, CRM/database management (Salesforce/Pardot preferred), and familiarity with HTML code.
Salary range: $55,000 - $65,000

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Assist with digital and traditional marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including email invites, thank-you emails, and automated workflows.
  • Create and manage email templates.
  • Assist with quality control activities, particularly those related to list email marketing.
  • Manage and execute webinars, including promotion, registration, and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain landing pages and forms.
  • Generate and analyze digital marketing reports, including lead scores, form downloads, and other metrics.
  • Use business systems for project management and team collaboration, including SmartSheet, Salesforce and Pardot
  • Create and manage marketing plans using such tools as Excel, Quip, PowerPoint and SmartSheet
  • Assist with the coordination of events, conferences, and meetings.
The above list is not exhaustive, additional tasks may be assigned as necessary but are not a major function of the position.

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing operations role
  • Experience with email marketing software, marketing automation, and CRM/database management (Salesforce/Pardot preferred)
  • Familiarity with HTML code
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
