For our Ammeraal Beltech and AMMEGA Operations team, we are currently looking for a

PRODUCT MARKETING ASSOCIATE

The Product Marketing Associate is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive the success of our products in the market. In this role, you will be based in one of our office locations: Reading, PA, Skokie, IL or Atlanta, GA.

A day in the life of a Product Marketing Associate can look like

  • Assist in the development of product positioning, messaging, and differentiation strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Support the creation of marketing collateral including sales presentations, product datasheets and case studies. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, social media and events.
  • Assist in the planning of product launches, including coordinatg with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution. Analyze campaign performance and market data to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Support sales enablement efforts by providing training materials and product knowledge resources.
  • Create and maintain datasets and reports to be used in pricing strategies. Conduct pricing analysis to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
  • Monitor and tracking pricing changes in the market and make recommendations for adjustments.

We are looking for you to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • 1-2 years' experience in product management, marketing or sales
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong computer skills, intermediate to expert competency with Excel
  • Experience in data analysis or data science a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work in the US

  • During the performance of his/her work duties, the incumbent will be required to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, and will frequently lift up to 25 pounds such as moving parts from material storage and moving parts in and out of work area.
