Job Description

The Manufacturing Assistant helps accomplish the manufacture of finished products and their corresponding intermediates within an assigned production area of the facility in order to assure an uninterrupted supply of quality products to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Operate packaging and filtration equipment, pumps, and scales. Prepare containers for the packaging of finished products.
  • Prepare requisitions and perform repack operations.
  • Manufacture blend batches. Prepare polymer solutions and pre-wets.
  • Operate forklifts and drum trucks (two wheel, four wheel, handcarts).
  • Use grind gauges and thermometers.
  • Stand (up to 100% of the time), walk (up to 100% of the time), bend 90 degrees (up to 90% of the time), push/pull (up to 75% of the time), lift (up to 50% of the time), and climb stairs (up to 25% of the time).
  • Lift/carry materials weighing up to 55 pounds (up to 50% of the time).
  • Work in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Must be a US Citizen or have US Permanent Resident Status

There is a 5% increase after successfully completing your first 90-days. During your first annual merit cycle, your potential increase could then take you to $20+/hr .

If assigned to the night shift, there is a $2.60 shift differential in addition to your hourly rate.

Earnings potential up to $41+/hr. based on promotional opportunities!
