A successful applicant will have the following:
Bachelor's (Master's preferred) degree In Nursing and a current State of PA license as a Registered Nurse Minimum 2 years medical/surgical experience Three to five years of nursing supervision skills with the ability to supervisor multiple locations Minimum 2 years experience in Wound Care, G and J Tubes, Trach and Ventilator Care Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred Strong communication skills both verbally and written Able to work independently and with all levels of staff and interdisciplinary teams Experience in teaching/guiding paraprofessionals in disease management and carrying out health-related procedures Experience in use Microsoft Office Suite for record keeping, form development, and data base design and maintenance. Possess valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Able to travel throughout the community locally Must be able to assist with crisis intervention in emergency situations Scoop: Requires sitting for long periods of time. Light lifting and/or carrying, not to exceed 50 lbs. Frequent talking and listening. Manual dexterity.
