As our Maintenance Supervisor, you will manage and coordinateall maintenance related activities for a 24/7 manufacturing facility. Your responsibilities include supervising the day to day activities of multi-craft maintenance employees and contractors in routine predictive and preventative equipment maintenance, manufacturing equipment repairs and improvements and ensuring quality work output and equipment uptime and efficiency.
You will also engage with employees and contractors to drive safe work practices through the use of risk assessments, risk identification and risk mitigation tools while developingand recommendingcost reduction opportunities, investigating production problems to include root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and counseling plant staff on potential solutions.

Located 15 miles from the corporate headquarters in Lancaster, PA, Marietta has over 300 employees and is one of eleven Armstrong plants in North America.
