The University of Pittsburgh's Center for Teaching and Learning is seeking to hire an Associate Software Consultant.
A strong candidate is a highly motivated, tech-savvy self-starter with experience performing in a customer service role with little oversight. The outstanding candidate will be a committed team player able to multitask and be a participant in short- and mid-term projects while working in a demanding customer service environment. Familiarity with modern office productivity tools such as Slack, Airtable, Zoom, and Microsoft Office is a big plus. This is an entry level position with opportunities for growth for interested and dedicated candidates.
Leads classroom technology upkeep and tests, troubleshoots, and resolves online course technology issues. Supports new faculty in the online technology environment and executes a campus classroom technology training programs well as a campus technology training program.
Mostly sedentary.
