Job Overview

As a Marketing Digital Program Manager, you will own and manage Infinity from Marvin's digital experience, while collaborating with leadership in defining the overall strategic direction. This is a unique position, offering a blend of strategic ownership and day-to-day tactical execution. You will bring a strong ability to build effective working relationships with partners and internal teams. This individual will possess expertise and demonstrated achievement in website optimization, digital analytics, SEO/SEM, paid search, social advertising, email marketing, and lead generation programs.

Highlights of your role
    Collaborate with marketing leadership and team to develop a short and long term digital strategy.
  • Implement strategies to improve the Infinity lead generation program; strive to increase conversion rates.
  • Track and nurture customers through purchase cycle to drive increased sales appointments for dealer partners.
  • Plan and execute all SEO/SEM, paid social media, search, display advertising, and email campaigns
  • Utilize necessary programs to support marketing strategies, such as: Salesforce, Google Analytics, reporting, and content management systems.
  • Build effective relationships with digital marketing vendors and regularly seek their input into day-to-day operations.
  • Strategize and develop new content, wireframes, and SEO for all new webpages, blogs, project spotlights, videos.
  • Manage marketing email communications to partners and potential leads (newsletters, email journeys, sales communications).
  • Contribute and collaborate on UX strategy with internal partners
  • Maintain, update, and optimize website to promote Infinity brand and products in collaboration with dealer partners; ensure website content aligns with Infinity brand values and standards.
  • Critically analyze and leverage performance data to measure and optimize campaign and channel performance; share trends, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Stay current with digital marketing tools, trends and best practices.
  • Drive and help execute the creation of compelling content for search, social media, and advertising programs to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Infinity Marketing team and leadership to identify objectives and projects for content, messaging, and outreach.
  • Builds effective relationships and collaborates with internal team, dealer partners, and outside vendors.
  • Meets planned project budgets and deadlines.
  • Contributes to marketing projects as needed to support business objectives.
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required.
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience and demonstrated success in digital lead generation, SEO/SEM, paid social marketing, and website optimization.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Experience working with content management systems.
  • Experience engaging with UX function
  • Ability to travel on occasion (approximately 5%).
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Understanding of website metrics and best practices.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent project management skills; ability to solve complex projects.
  • Continuous improvement mentality, with a willingness to test and learn.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM software.
