Sales Leadership Coach

As a Sales Leadership Coach at Insight, you'll work closely with our Commercial Sales Leaders to provide coaching, development, and guidance on leading their teammates to sales success, career development, and personal success, working as one Commercial Sales team.

You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our leaders' success and growth. Your expertise and experience in leadership will be vital in helping our leaders achieve their objectives, expand our business opportunities, and maximize their potential. You'll work alongside a talented group of professionals and develop strong relationships across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Orient and train new talent.
• Hold AEs accountable for sales activity during their first 2 years.
• Coach AEs on call strategies, account planning, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with other teams to identify areas of opportunity.
• Communicate issues and leads promptly.
• Contribute to Insight's growth by achieving team quota.

What you'll need to succeed:

• 2-3 years of proven leadership coach success to professionals, background in sales or technology experience is preferred.
• Experience delivering training and coaching solutions in adult development environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as a team and effectively communicate between all levels within the organization.
• Remote role, minimal travel required.
• Personal and professional integrity.
