As the individual in this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the Commonwealth Law Enforcement Assistance Network (CLEAN) through the development, recommendation, and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the system operates effectively, efficiently, and securely. This role involves managing the collection of all requirements that impact the system, as well as evaluating, suggesting, and approving any modifications to the system resulting from federal and state laws or changes in other interfacing applications. Additionally, you will play a key role in facilitating the execution of any adjustments necessitated by these requirements.
Acting as a point of contact with entities such as the FBI (CJIS Division), Nlets, PennDOT, Jnet, and Metro Agency's, you will need to possess strong communication skills to engage effectively with management personnel at the Federal, State, and Local levels. Furthermore, you are expected to be a subject matter expert on the CLEAN system, requiring a comprehensive understanding of all roles within the CLEAN administrative section to make informed decisions that impact the system positively.
