Overview

This position is responsible for assisting the HRIS team with maintaining the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This includes assisting with: daily maintenance tasks, creating and running reports to fulfill the needs of multiple departments and managers, importing weekly files for current employee records, and assisting with the maintenance of the My Info Web Portal. An HRIS Coordinator will process daily new hires in the system. This role will be requested to assist on various system projects and upgrades, and assist the Human Resources Department as needed.


Responsibilities

*Importing and processing daily new hires into the HRIS
*Importing weekly information for existing employees
*Assisting with maintenance and security of the My Info Web Portal/end-user support
*Assisting with various projects, maintenance, and tasks as needed
*Assisting with reporting as needed for various departments/managers
*Assist the Human Resources Department as needed


Qualifications

*Spreadsheet/Internet Software
*Experience with HRIS or similar system
*Strong understanding of HR processes and data
*Word Processing
*Ability to multitask with attention to detail
*Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
*Ability to work independently
*Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information to others one-on-one.
