The Department of Human Services, Bureau of Human Services Licensing, Southwest Region is seeking a Human Services Licensing Representative to conduct inspections and investigations of personal care homes and assisted living residences. As part of the Bureau of Human Services Licensing in the Office of Long-Term Living, you will conduct inspections for the purpose of enforcing state laws and regulations governing the licensing of personal care homes and assisted living residences to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of personal care home and assisted living residence clients. Some of the duties include conducting inspections of facilities to ensure regulations are being met, conducting investigations, identifying violations, and reviewing these violations with the facility staff. You will travel in the Southwest Region (Allegheny, Fayette, Greene, and Washington counties).
