Description

Overall Responsibility: The Marketing Coordinator supports all aspects of Marketing Services including Technical Writing, Content Creation, Database updates, Social Media, Conference/Event Scheduling and administration and assisting with Proposal Materials. This position will support Arora Engineers as well as our subsidiary companies EDI, Arora Technology Group, and Arora Systems Group.

Essential Functions:

  1. Maintains and updates qualifications materials including development of personnel resumes and project profiles.
  2. Develops proposals and Statements of Qualification (including but not limited to SF 254/255/330 form-sets); and presentation materials including analysis of RFP/RFQ/RFI guidelines, coordination, writing, editing, and production.
  3. Assists with technical writing and content creation for case studies, white papers, project and technology spotlights, proposals as well as qualifications materials including project profiles and staff resumes.
  4. Works within CRM system (Deltek Vision, OnePageCRM, Salesforce, ect) to update client data and opportunities, leads, and pipeline to ensure data accuracy.
  5. Participates in the editing and QA/QC process to ensure strict quality control for all marketing materials.
  6. Supports the creation of content and graphics for corporate websites, publications, and Social Media.
  7. Provides general marketing-related administrative support.

Secondary Functions:

  1. Assists in planning, booking, and coordinating conferences and trade show exhibits and staff registrations.
  2. Represents the Company and services at trade shows when needed.
  3. Other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications

Needed Skills:

  1. Ability to perform and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  5. Excellent communications skills with emphasis on writing, editing and proofreading (English).
  6. Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook a plus.
  7. Experience with DELTEK VISION of other Client Relationship Management (CRM) software strongly preferred.
  8. High skill level with marketing software and graphics applications including InDesign and Photoshop
  9. Abilitiy to take direction and work independently and have the knowledge and skills to deliver primary job responsibilities.

Education/Experience Minimum:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Communications, or related field.
  2. 3+ years proposal coordination and marketing expertise.
  3. Experience in A/E/C industry preferred.
  4. Experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
  5. Valid state driver's license (any in US) and ability to maintain a safe driving record.
  6. In possession of appropriate documentation to legally gain and maintain employment in the US.
  7. Ability to develop and maintain productive business relationships with clients, colleagues and vendors.
