About the team

Guides Sales Representatives within the latitude of established company policies. Recommends changes to policies and established procedures that affect the immediate organization. Understands current business trends to inform and guide methods. Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Acts as advisor to team members and drives them to meet schedules. Develops and administers schedules, and performance requirements and may have budget responsibilities. Manages the coordination of the activities of a department with responsibility for results, including costs, methods, and staffing.

What you will be doing

* Manages sales directly to end-users of the organization's products or services in a large specified geographic area.

* May be responsible for a specific industry or product segment on a national or geographic basis.

What you bring:

* A candidate for this position must have had working experience of at least 5 years in a merchant services sales position within a complex and fast-paced business environment.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $96,610.00 - $159,410.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
