RHD offers a generous benefits package, and this position pays an annual salary of $50,000 PLUS a sign on bonus of $1000.00 ($500.00 paid upon successful completion of 90 days, $500.00 upon successful completion of 180 days).

JOB SUMMARY:

Position Summary

START stands for Systemic, Therapeutic, Assessment, Resources, and Treatment. Our goal is to provide stability and prevent disruptive crises in participants' lives. Services are provided 24/7 on-site or remote for crisis response and consultation.
The Program Assistant provides administrative, logistical, and hands on support for program administrative operations and special initiatives. The role provides administrative support including but not limited to: clerical support, including answering phones, typing, proofreading, filing, copying, organizing, and distributing mail. Assist with all client related processes regarding funds and expenses.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  1. Assist with office administrative flow and financial assistance to the success operations for the agency
  2. Answer phones and be the Direct of First Impressions for the office
  3. Shop for office supplies and assist with agency events
  4. Type correspondence, reports, forms, and other documentation.
  5. Process and distribute mail and facsimiles.
  6. Maintain and update filing system for administrative roles
  7. Support and organize home managers in maintenance of all consumer finances
  8. Answer telephone and take messages.
  9. Other duties, as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  1. Knowledge of Company policies and procedures.
  2. Knowledge of standard office procedures.
  3. Knowledge of alphabetical and numerical filing systems.
  4. Knowledge of grammar and composition.
  5. Skill in using standard office equipment, such as typewriter, telephone, copier and FAX machine.
  6. Skill in using various software packages.
  7. Skill in maintaining organized files and accurate records.
  8. Ability to read documents and computer screens.
  9. Ability to write and maintain accurate records.
  10. Ability to communicate effectively in a courteous and professional manner.
  11. Ability to use a personal computer.
  12. Ability to work in a team environment.

Qualifications

2-3 years of administrative assistant or front office coordination experience. High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred coursework in general office practices and basic accounting practices
