RHD is hiring for a Part Time LPN for our new Bucks County site in Fairless Hills.

• $23.86/hour
• Flexible schedule/hours
• 12 - 16 hours per week

Previous behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment experience preferred.

Reports to

Program Director

Position Summary

The primary role of a LPN is the oversight, coordination and direct intervention of any and all health-related issues directly or indirectly related to any and all participants of the program.

Essential Duties and Functions

• Maintains nursing documentation and medication records
• Assists residents in learning about their medications; assures that medications are taken as physician ordered and documented
• Provides nursing care including, but not limited to, wound care, diabetic counseling, etc
• Assesses residents' health and emotional needs
• Communicates with other members of the program staff; communicates serious issues to Program Director
• Maintains confidentiality, including keeping voice low and not talking about residents in public areas
• Audit medication cart/storage areas per policy
• Liaison with pharmacy provider and reorder participant prescriptions as necessary
• Provide health related topic information groups as assigned
• Conduct particpant drug screens per policy
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with current license
