As a Custodial Work Supervisor, you will ensure quality control pertaining to the housekeeping functions for consumers and staff in all living and program areas by completing environmental audits and sanitation inspection forms to document any concerns and progress. An important aspect of this work involves maintaining sanitation standards set by the Department of Human Services and other regulating agencies such as the Department of Health.
In this role, you will be responsible for training employees and competing employee performance reviews. In addition, you will be working alongside a dedicated team of professionals to assist in completing custodial tasks, as well as carrying out the instructions of the Custodial Manager in order to provide continuity of services.
