Position Summary

We're looking for a Remote,full-time, Employee Concerns Program Manager to join our Day & Zimmermann team. This position is responsible for managing the Day & Zimmermann Employee Concerns Program at assigned sites and employee survey process. In this position, you will conduct training, assessments and investigations, among other activities, to support program outcomes

As the Employee Concerns Program Manager, here's the work you'll do:

  • Manage D&Z Employee Concerns Program, be available for employee consultations, notify appropriate parties about issues, conduct investigations, and collaborate with other parties to address employee concerns.
  • Prepare and provide reports and updates to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Conduct and manage survey process and related assessments.
  • Promote Nuclear Safety Culture and SCWE principles through D&Z SCWE training and other avenues.
  • Serve as a SME on various teams, projects and meetings.
This role is for you if you have these skills:
  • Experience conducting employee interviews, investigations and surveys, synthesizing information and data, and generating formal reports.
  • Must possess understanding of the requirements of Section 211 of the Energy Reorganization Act (ERA), NRC 10 CFR 50.7 Employee Protection, NRCs' Form 3, and concepts of Nuclear Safety Culture and Safety Conscious Work Environment (SCWE).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clarify problems or requests quickly and effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to express concepts in a way that established rapport and gains understanding, strong customer service orientation.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong organization and time management skills.


And if you have these qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent related experience required
  • 3 - 5 years ECP experience in nuclear industry preferred
  • 2-3 Supervisory or Management experience preferred
  • Must be willing to travel to sites across the U.S.
  • Great attitude and team player.
  • Successful completion of background screening process.


In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $88,880.00 - $ 133,320.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
