We are seeking an Outpatient Therapist to join our team at our program in Sharon Hill, PA (Delaware County) location.

Position Details

The Outpatient Therapist is a primary member of the behavioral health outpatient treatment team. This therapy position is responsible for actively engaging with clients who are receiving only medication management services and developing their individual service plan along with completing mental health assessments (PHQ-9, behavioral health metrics, etc.) relevant to the continuity of their care. This position will also be responsible for providing individual therapy to both adults and children/adolescents and completing all clinical documentation, including (but not limited to) treatment plans, therapy notes, incident reports, behavioral health screenings, follow-up interventions, as well as making referrals and coordinating care with other providers as appropriate.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications.

• Master's degree required in a related field of Human Services, including but not limited to Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Sociology.
• 1-year clinical internship experience that can be verified with transcripts is required.
• Required to schedule at least 25 billable hours per week.
• License preferred (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
