Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Digital Services, Application Support Specialist.

Job Description/Purpose:

This individual facilitates professional consultative support, presentations, training, and administration for both internal sales and product support teams, as well as the multi-divisional customer base across the territory. Objectives are to process customer software subscription services while facilitating growth, brand loyalty, and dealer excellence objectives. Additionally, this role will drive customer enablement of CAT digital platforms for a unified dealer experience.

Essential Functions:

The role and responsibilities of this position include all of the following functions:

  • Champion Caterpillar software subscriptions including Electronic Technician and Service Information System;
  • Administer existing customer digital subscriptions portfolio;
  • Administer the renewals and billing cycle for customer paid digital subscriptions;
  • Provide phone, remote PC, and on-site support for customer subscription accounts;
  • Facilitate training sessions and demonstrations for customer and dealer personnel;
  • Promote customer onboarding to digital applications through interactions, sales, and aftermarket leads;
  • Support interdepartmental administrative efforts, including customer account maintenance and sales alignment;
  • Support digital applications quote generation for customers and internal sales team;
  • Substitute for other positions as needed.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • High competence level with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams;
  • Experience with end-user support of local and web-based applications;
  • Understanding of mechanical concepts, electronics troubleshooting, and diagnostics;
  • Primary contact for prospecting, enabling, and supporting subscription-based technology services;
  • Possess excellent verbal, written, technical, analytical, and administrative skills;
  • Ability to prioritize duties and conduct assignments of varying complexity with limited guidance;
  • Strong self-starting, interpersonal communication, and multi-tasking skills;
  • Must be accountable, flexible, and successful both independently and within a team environment.

Background Training and Experience:

  • Business or Technical degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of training and experience acceptable to the Company.
