The Senior Executive Director ensures effective management and leadership, the application and implementation of established policies and procedures, and administration either directly or through delegation of all its operating elements.

The Senior Executive Director ensures that programs and services are responsive to community needs, are of the highest quality and maintains full compliance with federal, state and local regulations.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Human Service field - Graduate degree preferred & 5 years administration experience.
  • Experience with PA IDD Services - Knowledgeable of IDD Waiver Services.
  • Familiarity with Office of Development Programs
  • Experience with Philadelphia IDS
  • Valid driver's license; In good standing.
