The UHS Corporate Accounting Department is hiring an Accounts Payable Coordinator to perform a variety of process-oriented accounting-related work.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • A/P payment/back-up verification.
  • Manage selection of invoices for electronic payment methods.
  • A/P Escheat Process.
  • A/P TIN verification process.
  • Serve as a backup to verify/post Accounts Payable imports.
  • Serve as a backup for A/P Physician Direct Deposit Admin process.


Qualifications

  • High School graduate or equivalent required.
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience required.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Experience with McKesson/Allscripts preferred.
