The Skilled Trades Recruiter owns both the recruiting and recruiting strategy for key production positions in our manufacturing facilities in the Americas.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Recruiter for key production roles in our manufacturing facilities (Printing Press Operator, Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Manager).
  • Builds meaningful relationships with Operations leaders and site Human Resources.
  • Demonstrates a strong customer-centric mindset with goal to become a highly valued and trusted talent acquisition partner.
  • Completes new role intakes with company stakeholders. Maintains an in depth understanding and appreciation for skilled labor roles,
  • Reviews applicants and conducts in depth screenings and assessment of skills.
  • Sources passive candidates using online resources like Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter and industry specific groups.
  • Develops and deploys Printing Press Operator recruiting strategy and development of talent pools.
  • Regular visits/presence in our manufacturing facilities.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
  • At least 3 years experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.
  • Great communication skills - both written and verbal. Ability to communicate with all levels of leadership.
  • Ability to identify company needs and translate into skills possessed by candidates.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
  • Experience sourcing and hiring skilled labor roles is required.
  • Experience sourcing printing press operators is a plus.
  • Experience with Jobvite and Ceridian Dayforce is a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
