Job Summary

The Special Program Coordinator has the responsibility of planning and implementing the administrative and activity portions of ELC special programs. This involves booking rooms, reserving transportation, planning and executing acculturation activities, communicating with students and sponsors, coordinating with Drexel departments, and more.

Essential Functions

  • Plan and execute acculturation activities.
  • Maintain communication with students and sponsors regarding all appropriate program aspects.
  • Book necessary rooms, reserve transportation, and order food.
  • Coordinate with Drexel offices and departments.
  • Address all other program components as they arise.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with international students.

Location

  • University City, Philadelphia, PA.

Additional Information

This is a Part-time Temporary position classified as Non-Exempt. The offered pay is based on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
