Job Description

Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia, and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Microsoft Dynamics Systems Administrator.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft(MS) Dynamics System Administrator to join our team. As a MS Dynamics System Administrator, you will play a key role in the management, optimization, and support of our Microsoft Dynamics environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure web integrations, possess excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and be able to collaborate effectively within IT and with cross-functional teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

Admin

  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain Dynamics 365 and associated business applications
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain Azure App Services for D365 data interfaces
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain Power Platform environments
  • Implement system upgrades and patches to keep the environment up-to-date and secure.
  • Facilitate data management between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other systems.
  • Configure and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Implement and manage security policies to ensure data integrity and protect against unauthorized access.
  • Administer user roles and permissions in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Create and maintain backups and perform restores

Monitor

  • Monitor system performance and conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement performance tuning strategies to enhance system responsiveness.

Develop

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation and operation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.

Troubleshoot/Help

  • Troubleshoot application performance issues,
  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing inquiries related to Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
  • Collaborate with the IT support team to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Document

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and procedures.
  • Create user guides and training materials as needed.

Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

  • 4 year degree, preferably in a related technical field
  • Continuous Learning attitude - staying up to date with latest D365, Power Platform features

Desired Technical Skills/Experience:

  • 2 years related experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft D365 Administration
  • Demonstrated experience with a large breadth of Microsoft products including M365, Azure, Power Platform, etc.
  • Understanding of Security Roles within D365
  • Understanding of Lifecycle Management in D365
