Primary Function: This position is responsible for providing analysis, programming, and systems support services for the College's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Student Information System (SIS) and related systems.

Responsibilities:

(1) Serves as a liaison between IT and the business system users to work on key projects.

(2) Analyze complex business problems and determine an IT solution

(3) Analyze user needs, and recommend processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, while leveraging systems features and functions;

(4) Organize and maintain systems documentation and procedures for ITS and departmental support staff;

(5) Supports departments in configuring, adopting, and testing system changes and upgrades;

(6) Develops and support departments in generating reports and analytics;

(7) Works collaboratively in a team environment to facilitate the data, integration, financial and human capital systems integration needs of the College;

(8) Triages, manages and executes multiple complex tasks in a dynamic and agile environment, responsible for tracking and documenting work as part of larger project management and operational efforts;

(9) Provides support for other projects as assigned.

Organizational Relationships: Position reports to Director, Enterprise Systems.

Performance Standards: Performance in this position is considered satisfactory when: (1) Responsibilities have been accomplished within a specified time frame; (2) Responsibilities of the position have been carried out at a level consistent with performance objectives; (3) Effective cooperative relationships exist with staff, faculty, students and other members of the College community.

Qualifications: (1) Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field from a Councilfor HigherEducation Accreditation (CHEA) approved Institutional Accreditor institution and 1-3 years related work experience, or Associate's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field, and at least 3-5 years related work experience. (2) Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: (a) Experience with enterprise resource planning systems (ERP), preferably in higher education setting, such as Workday, Banner/Colleague, etc. (b) Strong knowledge of SQL, fluency in MS Excel, common algorithms and data reporting tools;(c) Ability to pay attention to detail as well as strong written and oral communication skills (f) coding experience a plus as well as some experience with Python, C# or other programming languages a plus
