NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking an outpatient Physical Therapist for a full-time Float position for Cranberry area

Schedule: Full-time, part-time and per diem positiosn available. Our centers are open Monday through Friday. Full-time schedule includes 2 evenings a week until 7pm.

Compensation: Salary range is $65,000-$85,000/yr based on your experience. Plus Student Debt Assistance program of $350 per month directly to your student loans for duration of employment with us!

PRN and Part-time hourly rate is $35-$44 per hour.

Unique Location/Job Details: Comfortable work environment in office/physical therapy centers covering Seven Fields, Ford City, Appollo, North Hills and Vandergrift areas as a float PT. Diverse patient mix including orthopedics, neuro and sports medicine. Per diem hours position also available.

• Understand appropriate state practice acts and adhere to the laws which govern how physical therapists may practice and whom physical therapists may supervise.
• Complete and maintain all corporate & clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients for whom physical therapy is medically necessary and document this need clearly.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors at all times.
• Attend and/or participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager.

• Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
• Valid State Physical Therapy License/ Registration REQUIRED to start
• Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.
