House managers are responsible for the complete operation of a living unit and the IDD individuals who reside there. Are responsible for developing and implementing all facets of home life, as close to a normal family unit as possible. Responsible for the supervision and evaluation of staff and the directing on ongoing daily activities and enforcement of all policies and procedures.

Earn: $40,560/annual salary

• 2 years of supervisory experience of IDD/mental health and/or behavioral health in a residential or group home setting
• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid Driver's License is required
• Must be at least 21 years old or older
• Proficient Computer Skills (Microsoft 365 or later)
• Knowledge of 6400 regulations
• Proficient in scheduling staff
