The successful candidate will have the following:
* High School diploma or GED equivalent and at least four (4) years experience of payroll processing or any combination of experience, education or training that would provide the level of knowledge, skill and ability required.
* Ability to work independently on multiple tasks with varying priorities. Must be able to meet strict deadlines.
* Knowledge of payroll processing/employment laws, strong organizational and anticipatory skills with good follow-up necessary.
* Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), and HRIS software required. Knowledge of data base systems preferred.
* Paylocity software experience, preferred.
* Good oral and written communication skills.
* Able to train and present information to others on regarding the payroll software.
* Good analytical skills.
* Detail oriented.
* The incumbent may need to travel between locations to train.
Scope:
- Required sitting for long periods of time.
- Light lifting and/or carrying, not to exceed 25 lbs.
