We are seeking Residential Counselors to join our team at our programs in our Glen Mills - Delaware County, PA location. This posting is for Full-time, Second Shift (Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 11:30pm EST).

Earn up to $17.30/hr!

Position Details

The Residential Counselor will:

• Provide direction and assistance to consumers residing in Community Residential Rehab (CRR) programs in areas such as nutrition, housekeeping, budgeting, hygiene, self-care, home safety, transportation, social interaction, exercise, health management, and vocational.
• Implement appropriate parts of each resident's goal plan as instructed by the treatment team or supervisor.
• Report the resident's progress to the appropriate clinician.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record.
• One year of mental health experience with adults preferred.
