Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia, and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Custodian.

Job Duties: perform custodial duties including cleaning restrooms and breakroom, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, burnishing linoleum floors, removing garbage, stocking supplies and recommending supplies that are needed, and running errands in a company vehicle. Must be able to work with company supplied small hand tools. Must be willing to work in high areas using fall protection. Duties include snow removal using shovels and a snow blower on sidewalks and entrances.

Requirements:
- Current driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to perform moderate physical activity
- Be able to stand/walk during entire 8 hour shift, except for allowed breaks
- Must have attention to detail and be able to modify a routine if necessary
- Must be able to work outside as well as inside in all weather conditions

As a Custodian you are required to work in an industrial environment which includes exposure to significant environmental conditions. Physical requirements include:
- Overall stamina
- Sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing
- Carrying, grasping, reaching, stooping and crouching
- Listening and speaking
- Must have good motor coordination skills
- Coordination of eyes, hands, and feet
- Verbal intelligence and numerical intelligence
- The workplace environmental conditions include subject to noise, heat, cold, injury exposures, and atmospheric exposures
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Degrees or Other Special Requirements:
Relevant working experience acceptable to the company.
