We are seeking a Bilingual MST CAN Therapist to join our team our program in Kennett Square, PA.

Earn: $31.00 an hour

Position Details

This role conducts individual and family therapy sessions, parent coaching, and crisis intervention for each family assigned to his/her caseload using an evidenced based practice, MST CAN. Multi-systemic Therapy Child Abuse and Neglect (MST CAN) designed to intervene with children and their family with a recent credible report of child abuse or neglect to improve maladaptive coping skills and reduce the risk of out of home placement.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or a related field.
  • Staff member must be bilingual in Spanish and English. Preference for the staff to be able to read and write in Spanish and English.
  • 2 years' experience in a CASSP system program
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of children and families on caseload.
  • Ability to Travel to client's homes for the purpose of providing community and home-based services, direct observation or supervision for children, adolescents, and families.
  • A valid Pennsylvania Driver's license and access to reliable transportation is a requirement.
